Custom made façade is a natural smoke ventilator, complete with control mechanism. The pivoting blades allow designers and users to combine smoke ventilation and day-to-day ventilation through a single unit. Smoke ventilator’s various frame profiles provide a large choice of installation possibilities. Due to its variable dimensions, our product allow true “tailor-made” configurations to comply with architectural modules and spacing. Aesthetically pleasing, it is easily integrated into roofing: smoke extrator TE, TP, TM, in various finishes, polyester powder paint or lacquered to standard RAL colours, anodised.

All equipment necessary to open and close the ventilator is concealed in the unit. Fully assembled in the factory according to strict quality control (based on ISO 9001), Certilam is easy to install and delivered ready-to-use. We also propose too smoke ventilation products they are designed for architects and designers to provide an aesthetically pleasing product providing smoke ventilation in atriums and glazed roofs. they’re made to size and fit with glazing modules, directly replace the roof glass and they’re glazed or opaque, thermal or noise insulated.
They can be delivered with various anodised finishes and in any polyester powder coat or lacquer to standard RAL colours. They’re Natural smoke vent consisting on two leaves and can be delivered on an upstand in case of a classic roof installation and they’re designed for installation on atrium and glazed roof. It can also be delivered on upstand for a standard roof mounting installation (as dome). They’re available in two versions: ·with motorisation concealed in the frame ·with cylinders mounted in the frame and pushing the opening leaf.

 


RANGE HEXACLIP Red-tinted metallic boxes, equipped with a system of firing pins for CO2 cartridges with flushing out, which allows the opening and closing of the smoke extractor. The hood of the control box makes the installation easier and allows to choose between a copper exit at the top or lateral side. A reusable tilting plastic window makes easier the access to the firing pins. The smoke extraction systems can also be actuated either by an electrical release, when fitted with an electrical module or by pneumatic release, when fitted with a pneumatic module.
