Two glass roofs (26 X 4 meters and 6 X 4 meters) equipped with electrochromic SageGlass glass have been installed on the 400 m² hall of this building in order to harvest the natural lighting. Variations of the glass tint (4 levels of luminosity), manual or automatic, give the user an optimal management of the natural lighting and also limit the heat impact on the premises during summer. This building is also equipped with 2 Souchier-Boullet Luxlame vents for natural smoke extraction on the façade, and 2 Bluetek Bluesteel Pneumatique skylights with PCA Pearl Inside (technology integrating glass beads).
