2021BluetekMarseillan (FR-34)
The caves Richemer located in Marseillan represent a winery cooperative since 1930 and regrouping 200 vineyards for a surface of 1 000 hectares. This cave is well-known in France and internationally.
This building regroups multiple Bluetek solutions:
2000 m² of aluminum Bluetek Composite cladding covering 90% of the building.
29 Bluesteel Therm Pneu and Bluesteel Therm DV Pneu smoke extraction skylights spreading over the 7,000 m² of roof. The skylights bring the natural light needed to operate the building while completing its insulation to maintain the temperature of the cave all year long.
2 Smoke Fix smoke barriers to limit the fire from spreading in the event of a fire.
The 4 000 m² new construction with a rounded shape and façade has been designed to respect the production process of the wines Richemer.
