L’Octroi: Luminous Brise-Soleil and heritage renovation (Architectural building)

L’Octroi is composed of 5 buildings, with a smaller hall which was renovated in 2020. The smaller hall was equipped with 16 skylights Bluesteel Therm Pneu 100/100 with Brise-Soleils, with a polycarbonate honeycomb design. These NSHEV will provide an optimal level of light while limiting the impact of the sun rays and offering an option for daily natural ventilation and natural smoke extraction in the event of a fire. The ventilation is ensured through an electric jack and the automation through 4 relays, 1 switch, 1 rain and wind sensor and an Evolution ventilation box.
